To help us schedule the 2024 Fall classes we are asking parents to fill out this form below by June 30. Class schedules are strongly based on the information that you provide on this form. Mail-in registration for Fall 2024 classes will be sent to your home in July. Walk-in registration will be held at the Dance Centre in August for new students and scheduling problems. Please fill out one of these forms for EACH child.
