Maintaining dancer muscles, technique, and quick study skills during the summer months are extremely important for all dancers who take their training seriously at our Junior through Advanced levels. Plus... We’ll have a lot of fun. Ballet and preparation for Pointe work is crucial (especially for our new Pointe dancers at our Junior level!). Dance Tech sessions can include but are not limited to: Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, Leaps & Turns, and Hip Hop. These are even a great way to try out a new style of dance.
Dancer Conditioning: Dancers are encouraged to wear clean tennis shoes that have never been worn outside. Dancers may wear comfortable clothes. We will have fun while building strength and stamina.
Unique Class Each Week Wednesdays: Yoga/Stretching, Improv, Acting, Sign Language & more is what's in store for our Wednesday 7-8pm classes.
Choreography sessions are essential for Ensemble members, or those interested in our Ensemble program. Local Shows, Competitions & December Performances require an earlier choreographic start time. Dancers need to be conditioned and ready. All Ensemble members are expected to attend as many of the summer classes as they can, and the Ensemble Summer Tuition (all classes offered to Junior-Advanced) is included in the 2023-2024 Ensemble Contract. There will be an informational parent meeting for Junior, Senior/Advanced Ensemble parents and those interested in our program on Monday, August 28 from 6:00-6:30pm.
Our dance home expanded recently expanded and we have resumed great progress on our renovations~ please excuse our messes this summer.
