Please Submit Your Competition Week/Weekend Conflicts by September 30

If you have any UNAVOIDABLE conflicts with our possible competition weekends this season, please submit below. It is also helpful for us to know about any conflicts DURING these weeks (e.g., mandatory choir rehearsal during weekly Ensemble time...) - so we know if there are many absences the week of competition, we should hold an extra rehearsal. We will confirm the official competition weekends by October 7.
